I'm in an organizing mood and these magazine files from The Cottage Home are pretty and practical. The tutorial is great with lots of pictures. You use scrap book paper - think of the endless possibilities!
These coffee burlap pillows are a take on a Pottery Barn style. I wish I had a little sunroom off my kitchen to have these sitting about. They are from Sew Dang Cute and has a tutorial.
Now this is So Dang Cute! The House of Hepworths has updated a mundane soap dispenser into high fashion. I want this but maybe in orange!
My friend has been talking about Alphabet Photography Art done in her last name for her bedroom. Here is a DIY version which could save some serious $$ by Reinvented. I'm going to have to play around and see if I can put together her name and then my last name also! I'll keep you posted!
Little Orange Monkeys has an absolutely fab idea for a memo board. I've been looking for ideas for one for myself and this is definitely at the top of my list.
My burlap fascination continues. Tatertots and Jello has a tutorial on how to make this lovely ruffled burlap tablecloth.
This Ballard Designs monogrammed is inspired and is from BLJ Graves Studio.
OK, this is absolutely beautiful. I LOVE this woven pillow from WhimsiKel. When I was little my Mother made me a woven pillow for my bed - how I loved it. And I love this modern version just as much. Pillow, pillow - where can I put another pillow?!
And finally we have from Twitterpated with Paper lovely vintage looking coasters. This has my brain churning - Christmas gifts?!
OK, I fibbed. I couldn't resist one more for this week. Decorative balls are really popular in blogland - twine, moss, worlds, etc. The girls at Straight Stitches came up with this great button ball. LOVE.
I hope you have a great weekend and come back Monday to see what's cooking In the Kitchen. Right now it'll be a surprise for me too, since I have no idea what I'm going to make. I've been wanting to make a coconut pie hmmm... we'll see!
I love your collection of ideas!
ReplyDeleteHope some of my projects are added to your list! (Stopping by from NFF)
